Dinner is sorted with this paleo Chilli Salt Scotch Fillet w Chimichurri

Animal meat is often associated with increased risk of cancer, cardiovascular disease and poor health. However not all meat is created equally.
Animal meat can either be grain fed or grass fed. Inflammatory meat that is harmful to our health is grain-fed. This is because animals are not designed to eat grains and thus it makes their health suffer and their meat poorer quality.
Grass-fed animals on the other hand produce meat that is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Grass-fed beef actually has more omega-3 fatty acids than the heart healthy fish. Omega 3 fatty acids are anti-inflammatory fats that are essential for optimal brain and heart health.
Scott Gooding, Founder of The Gooding Project, Author of The Keto Diet and an ex My Kitchen Rules Contestant created an exclusive recipe for Power5 using grass-fed scotch fillets:
“There are a couple of heroes to this dish but I think it’s all about the dressing to be honest, the acidity of a chimichurri is fab with a steak, particularly fatty cuts” ~Scott Gooding
