5 ways to use medicinal mushroom powders

In this video we show you 5 ways to use medicinal mushrooms – Cordyceps, Lions Mane, Reishi and Chaga.

1. Add Cordyceps mushroom powder to a green smoothie. Coryceps can give you a great anti-inflammatory energy kick.

2. Add Lions Mane mushroom powder to your morning coffee. Lions Mane is known to boost, creativity, concentration and keeps you energised).

3. Add Chaga mushroom powder to your afternoon coffee. Chaga boosts physical performance and strengthens the immune system.

4. Add Cordyceps mushroom powder to bliss balls (we use ingredients like peanut butter, cacao, raw honey, coconut oil and cashews). Cordyceps is known to slow down ageing.

5. Add Reishi mushroom powder to nice-cream (we make nice-cream with frozen bananas, coconut cream and peanut butter). Reishi powder is known to boost immunity and to assist the body to deal with stress.
