5 ways to use medicinal mushroom powders

4. Add Cordyceps mushroom powder to bliss balls (we use ingredients like peanut butter, cacao, raw honey, coconut oil and cashews). Cordyceps is known to slow down ageing.

5. Add Reishi mushroom powder to nice-cream (we make nice-cream with frozen bananas, coconut cream and peanut butter). Reishi powder is known to boost immunity and to assist the body to deal with stress.
